Responsibilities
1. Coordinates the storage and distribution operational nationwide , processing, and order fulfilment.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of inventory management, 3PL delivery performance SLA
3. Liaise with 3PL for daily collection and closely monitor correct the sim delivery point.
4. ensure courier material stock integrity at high level to avoid disruption and daily order processing and picking activities run smoothly
5. Preparing weekly report and performing other ad-hoc duties when required
6. Ensure the information enters correctly into the system to avoid undelivered sims.
Requirements
1. Candidate must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration or any related
2. Minimum 1-3 experience in fast moving distribution center.
3. Strong experience in order management
4. In depth understanding of telco distribution processes and start-up experience are added advantages
5. Able to do ad-hoc tasks when necessary as per superior instruction.
6.Good written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English
7. Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tack simultaneously
