Responsibilities
1. Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction in providing service information and enquiries
2. Professionally attend the feedback and complaints from customers promptly.
3. Handle inbound customers inquiries and request via voice and alternate channel regarding products
Requirements
1. Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate (SPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mathematic)
2. At least 2 years related working experience will be a plus
