Deputy General Manager – People & Culture
Ozbay, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager – People & Culture at Quess Singapore, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Human Resource Management) from Swinburne University. With a rich background as an experienced HR General Manager, Ozbay boasts a compelling history of driving organizational growth and enhancing employee engagement through strategic HR initiatives.
Throughout his career, Ozbay has demonstrated expertise in cultivating high-performing teams and implementing effective HR policies that ensure legal compliance while nurturing a positive work environment. His proficiency lies in crafting and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent. Additionally, he excels in establishing robust performance management systems that elevate employee productivity and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Country Manager
– Quess Corp Singapore & Malaysia
Vikas is the Country Manager, leading businesses across Workforce Management with Quess Corp Singapore. His portfolio includes General & IT Staff Augmentation, Selection & Services, Training & Skill Development, and Planning and Operations. With over 17 years of experience in various leadership roles, his expertise lies across Strategy, Business Development and Operations. Vikas is a National University of Singapore (NUS) alumnus and has also received a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business in collaboration with the MIT Sloan School of Management and Columbia Business School in 2019.
His last stint was with ManpowerGroup as Regional Director APAC, responsible for Global Clients and Operations for Experis, having worked with companies such as Ness, Azilon, and Nityo across sales and operations.
Chief Financial Officer – Quess
Deepaka Tulupule, a seasoned finance professional with nearly two decades of corporate experience, assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at Quess in September 2022. In this role, he oversees the financial operations of Quess’ Workforce Management Platform, managing General Staffing, India IT Staffing, Search & Recruitment, and International Staffing sectors. With previous senior roles at XLHealth Corporation India Private Limited and Mphasis Ltd, each exceeding 8 years, Deepaka garnered extensive expertise in financial leadership and controllership.
Prior to joining Quess, Deepaka honed his foundational finance skills at BPO F&A delivery centers of prestigious multinational corporations like Accenture, Affiliated Computer Services, and OPI Global, laying the groundwork for his successful career in finance and accounting.
Head HR
Sunitha Karthikeyan, an experienced HR practitioner of 19 years, is the HR head for Quess IT Staffing. In this role, she leads all Human Resources functions of Quess IT Staffing and reports directly to the CEO.
Sunitha is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, and Talent Development initiatives across Quess IT Staffing. She has contributed significantly to improving the HR processes and introduced many new initiatives. She joined Magna Infotech in January 2017.
Sunitha started her career at Wipro Ltd and dedicated 16 years at the company across a variety of roles. She is adept at problem-solving, multi-tasking, and team management.
Vice President – IT Staffing APAC
Navnit Naman is an accomplished professional with over 13 years of cross-industry expertise in E-commerce, Corporate gifting, Portal Sales, HR Consulting, and Staffing. His leadership spans large P&L management and business operations, notably excelling in IT staffing for Fortune 100 clients. With qualifications from ISB and ICFAI Business School, coupled with a Management Development Programme from IIM Ahmedabad, Navnit is renowned for business revival, robust client relations, and guiding teams towards strategic milestones. His strengths lie in P&L management, client relations, operations, vendor and crisis management, showcasing a unique blend of strategic agility and operational finesse.
Country Manager
With over 13 years of rich experience in HR Consulting, Staffing, and a solid academic background in Accounting & Finance, Joanne Mok is a seasoned professional excelling as a Country Manager. Her comprehensive knowledge of the Malaysian job market empowers her to make strategic decisions that harmonize with the ever-evolving needs of clients and candidates.
Joanne is dedicated to nurturing excellence in recruitment practices, fostering an innovative culture that ensures the organization’s enduring success as a pioneering industry player. She specializes in adeptly managing contingency workforces, orchestrating permanent hiring processes, implementing robust RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) strategies, and delivering top-notch Managed Service solutions.
President, Workforce Management
Lohit has 25+ years of experience in Textiles, Auto Components, and Services. He focuses on product/services, sales, and business development. Currently President of Quess’ Workforce Management, he joined in 2011 as GM Sales for Staffing. Lohit serves on the Executive Board of ISF, representing 100+ staffing companies in India since 2018. Elected President for a second term (2022-2024) at ISF, he engages with industry leaders, employers, and the Government to develop staffing in India and formalize the workforce. An influential speaker, Lohit has appeared at ASU GSV 2019, UNICEF’s Yuwaah launch, and ISF conferences nationwide.
