Resource Augmentation

Job Type: Contract (1 year)
Job Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities
1. Account control and reconciliation services
2. Review of BAU reconciliation reports reporting and inform Business Unit
3. Prompt escalation of reconciliation outages in a timely manner to Business Unit
4. Investigate and follow through of the reconciliation outages till closure
5. Active participation in assigened projects in the department
6. Contribute and work on process improvements and system automation
7. Maintain and document reconciliation process procedures
8. Assist in improving reconciliation servie and ensuring effective reconciliation controls are in place
9. Support ad-hoc or admin task assigned

Requirements
1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or ACCA
2. Required to work during Malaysia public holiday as this job will follow Singapore calendar
3. Knowledge on banking products or at least 2 years of working experience in banking industry is an added advantage
4. Proficient in MS Office Application especially Excel
5. Able to speak, read, and write in Chinese language
6. Good team player as well as able to work independently to meet thight deadlines
7. Meticulous, highly motivated, focused, results oriented, and strong drive for excellence
